How do we respond when criticized, misunderstood, or judged?
Emotional wellbeing is not only about reducing stress — it is also about building the capacity to navigate difficult human experiences with awareness and resilience.
Criticism, misunderstanding, and judgment are part of everyday life — especially for educators and caregivers working under pressure.
In these sessions, participants explored practices that help them stay centred, separate feedback from emotion, and respond with greater calm, clarity, and self-awareness. Here are a few reflections that emerged from those conversations.
